While you (or your team) are the only ones who can truly make that decision, we can tell you some things to take into consideration when deciding between contracting and hiring full time personnel.  Addisoft contractors handle their own taxes, retirement plans, insurance, equipment and in many cases, software.  So when you are looking at your costs and you see Addisoft's hourly rate, you'll find it is right at the cost of what a full time person would cost on an hourly basis when you look at the total compensation cost of a full time employee.  And, you don't have to add an Addisoft employee to your Worker's Comp program either since we carry our own Commercial Liability insurance.  If you need a highly skilled developer but your budget is tight, contracting could be a great solution.  Since our quoting process is typically free (see below), it's worth checking out.  Call us for an open discussion to your issues.

How much does it cost to get a quote from Addisoft?

We normally do not charge to quote a project.  For programming projects, if you come to us with a fully defined specification, we'll meet with you, hold a question and answer session and provide you with a quote for no charge.  If we have to work up a specification for you, we do charge for that prior to providing a quote.  We'll tell you up front what the specification process is going to cost and when we're through with the spec, it's yours regardless of whether you choose us to do your project or not.
